If the temperature on the map between -1 and 1°C were white, the graphic effect would be very nice, and there would be a clear division between the areas with temperatures above zero and those below zero. Can you evaluate this color in testing and, if appropriate, implement it in the app?

Thank you, it would probably be practical, but I think such a visualization would make the data quite cluttered, and most people wouldn’t understand it.

Do you know of any example where this is used on a map?

No. It's for personal use. Distinguishing areas below and above zero becomes easier, as shown in the attached figure.

Maybe, in the next releases of the app, you could make the colors of the maps editable or customizable by the user

wanting to know hoe often the temperature readings are updated??

That depends on the model; we always download the most up-to-date data. Information about model updates can be found in the app in the Settings section, and on desktop after clicking the icon in the bottom-left corner.

I would like to suggest a small improvement regarding the model update information (for example AROME). At the moment, the update times are shown in UTC, which can be confusing for less experienced users.

It would be very helpful if the interface could clearly show:

the local time of the last update

the local time of the next update

For example:“Last update: today at 13:00 (local time)”“Next update: today at 19:00 (local time)”

This would make the information much clearer and more accessible to all users, especially those who are not familiar with UTC time.

Thank you for considering this suggestion!

Model times are usually given in UTC, so it’s clear which run is being referred to. The only option would be to additionally include the local time.

Thanks! Do you think you can include the local time?

We’ll consider it.
