Temperature Meteogram Hallucinations

Hello
When looking at the Temperature Meteogram, at least for Paris, I always see temperature predictions for the next week that are way over the top and completely exaggerated, and that turn out to be way lower than predicted in real life.

How do we know which model is used for those 7+ days predictions ?
And can we choose the model we wish to be used for those predictions ?
