Thank you for using Ventusky. Make sure your watch is paired with your phone. It’s necessary for the Premium information to be loaded from the phone. If the issue persists, try removing the app from the watch and adding it again.

I did nothing since yesterday, but now it works as it should.
I installed the app on my iPhone and opened the apps on both devices at the same time.

Now it’s fine for me.
