Touchscreen Not Responding to Sizing & Movement Commend

Computer: Acer CP514 Spinbook (Chromebook)
O/S: Chrome Version 134.0.6998.183 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Weather map not responding to touch screen commands for zooming (pinching) and dragging.
Weather map does respond to tap/select commands.
Weather map does respond to computer touchpad commands.

Real show stopper for me.
