Weather Model update not updated on time

I have noticed that the weather update for several models are not happening in time. Like it says the update is prepared for 6utc but it is already 8utc and it is still running the 3utc model? How can I fix that? You mentioned in another post a usual delay of 30 min, we are all past that. Probably something I'm doing wrong? Thanks

This is normal. Calculating a weather model can easily take 5 hours. The model run time indicates when the calculation starts. The duration of the calculation depends on the model. Which model exactly are you referring to?

Ok thanks, I was looking at the icon model. So we should expect UTC time indicated +5 or 6 then right?

Yes, calculating the entire global ICON model takes approximately five hours. It's not an easy computation
