Weather warnings descriptions are in Russian or some other Cyrillic language

I love the addition of weather alerts! Thank you. It's great to see yall consistently adding new features.

However, for some reason, the descriptions of the alerts for my home town (Athens, Ohio) are only showing up in a language that I can't read or understand. It looks like a Cyrillic alphabet to me.

All of my language settings are English. Nothing else on the app is in this language. When I look at weather alerts for other places, they are all in English.

I think this is some kind of bug for my location.

Thank you for your report. Please send us a screenshot of the map showing the location in question. This is clearly not Athens in the USA, but somewhere completely different.

We've apparently found the cause of this problem there. Is it okay now?
