What happened to all the features to choose from?

My Ventusky had all the different features, ie: rain, T-storms, winds, etc. But now, all it shows is the Temp feature. What happened to all the others that I paid for?

Even if the paid account is locked / not working, there should be free layers available (precipitation, radar, satellite, air quality, aurora).
Don't you have selected some models manually? All layers are not available for every model.
Can you send any screen of the app with locked features?

Make sure that you have the AUTO model selected in the Settings section. Some models have only a limited amount of data.

You can also always try to reinstall the app or simply send us a screenshot, which give us more information.
