What happened to the long range (several weeks) forecast?

I used to be able to see about 2 weeks ahead forecast, now it is only 3 days...HOW can I access the long range forecast? I have the premium subscription.

Thank you for using Ventusky. Some models or layers have only a limited data range. Make sure your model is set to Automatic.

I’m having the same issue. Only shows a few days in advance. I attached a screen shot below. Is there another setting somewhere?

Tenho o mesmo problema. Acontece com alguma frequência. Vou anular a minha subscrição. Não vou perder mais tempo com esta estupidez.

Não se trata de um erro. Provavelmente você tem selecionado um modelo ou camada que simplesmente possui dados apenas para um número limitado de dias. Experimente selecionar a *temperatura* e o *modelo automático*, e a previsão estará sempre disponível para 14 dias.
