Your feedback and suggestions

For many years this site has been my goto for the most accurate weather and predictions. Lately, in the last year or so, the real time reporting and prediction for precipitation in south Florida has been dismally inaccurate. I'm looking at the site right now and it's telling me zero precipitation in my area. I'm looking outside and it's currently raining like hell. Same thing last Sunday in West Virginia. It was raining on my head and your site showed no precipitation. What has changed?

I think there is a data misalignment: on the map there is rain while on the detailed data there is 0 mm of rain, as highlighted in the image

The time on the bottom axis (in blue) is local to your device. In contrast, the time shown for the location corresponds to that location’s local time. This is not an error.

The data sources for the given area remain the same. There is no reason for a decrease in accuracy. It always depends on the specific situation.

It's more likely that their radar data or forecast models for your area may have changed or are even running late. It's more likely that the service may be using new sources or algorithms that aren't updated in real time.
