How to share your Premium subscription across multiple devices

Do you have a subscription purchased on iOS and want to use it on the web or your Android device (or the other way around)? Or did you buy it on the web and want to use it on iOS or Android instead? In this article, you’ll learn how.

First, let’s go over an important note. You can currently purchase a Premium subscription on the web, in the App Store (Apple), and on Google Play (Android). If you purchase a subscription in the App Store or on Google Play, a Ventusky user account is not created for you. Subscriptions on these platforms are purchased directly through your Apple or Google account (in fact, Apple or Google is the actual seller of the subscription, and they are listed on the invoices). For this reason, we cannot create a user account (myVentusky account) for you at the same time as the purchase. Please keep this key point in mind.

We offer a wide range of payment methods and platforms for purchasing Premium — on the web, through Google Play, or in the App Store. But thanks to a myVentusky account, you can enjoy seamless access to your subscription anywhere — on any device.

Purchase on Google Play or the App Store

If you purchase a subscription in the App Store or on Google Play and want to use it on the web, you’ll need to take a few important steps. Most importantly, you must create your own Ventusky account (called a myVentusky account). Only with this account can you use your subscription everywhere.

After creating it, you’ll also need to link your purchased subscription from your Apple or Android device to your account. This is very simple: on the phone where you bought the subscription, sign in to your myVentusky account in the Ventusky app (you can find the login option in the app under Settings at the top). The app will then automatically sync the information that your account has an active subscription. From then on, you can use Premium anywhere.

To successfully share your subscription, make sure that:

  • You have a myVentusky account (you are logged in on this website).
  • You are logged into the same myVentusky account on all your devices (iOS / Android / web).
  • You purchased a subscription on one of the logged-in devices.

Purchase on our website

If you purchased the subscription directly on Ventusky (through Paddle), the process is simpler. Just sign in to your myVentusky account in the Settings section of the Ventusky app for iOS or Android, and the subscription will be loaded instantly.

Subscription management

Please note that sharing a subscription through your myVentusky account does not change the fact that you purchased it in the App Store or on Google Play. This means that subscription management (renewal or cancellation) must still be done through the App Store or Google Play where you made the purchase.
