The Ventusky app now offers weather forecasts tailored to your outdoor activities

The latest update of the Ventusky app significantly expands the way users can explore weather forecasts. The traditional forecast table below the map has evolved into a powerful tool that adapts to where you're going and the information you actually need.

Until now, the forecast mainly displayed temperature, precipitation, precipitation probability, wind speed, and wind gusts. With this update, users can choose from several specialized forecast views that provide much more meteorological information and are designed for specific activities.

Professional
Designed for users who want weather information in greater detail. This view includes cloud cover at different altitudes, air pressure, dew point, cloud base, and many other advanced meteorological parameters.

Sea
An ideal companion for seaside vacations, sailing, and water sports. In addition to wave height and direction, it displays swell, tides, and ocean currents.

Mountains
An invaluable tool for hikers, climbers, and skiers. It shows the freezing level, temperature, and wind conditions at different mountain elevations, along with other information important for mountain activities.

Aviation
Created for pilots and aviation enthusiasts. It clearly displays temperature and wind at various flight levels, visibility, cloud base, CAPE, and other parameters important for flying.

Health
Focused on how weather conditions affect people. This view includes air quality, UV index, apparent temperature, and other health-related indicators.

Another major addition is full customization. Users can modify each view according to their needs, adding or removing parameters and changing their order. More than 40 weather layers are available, allowing everyone to build their own ideal forecast. All data is available in hourly to three-hour intervals, with forecasts extending up to 14 days ahead.
