Ventusky launches new graph widgets for iOS

Checking the weather should be quick and effortless — especially when you just need a clear picture of what’s coming next. That’s why Ventusky is introducing a new feature that brings weather trends directly to your home screen: graph widgets for iOS.

Graphs were added to the app more than two years ago and quickly became one of the most popular features. Users appreciate that the curves clearly show trends — whether temperatures will rise, winds will strengthen, or when exactly the rain will arrive. Now we’re bringing all these benefits directly to the iPhone home screen.

The new widgets allow you to track temperature, wind, precipitation, UV index, and tides — all in clean and elegant graphical form. Small widgets display a single variable, while large widgets allow you to combine multiple variables and view their evolution side by side. With just a glance, you immediately know what to expect in the next hours.

The practicality is the biggest advantage:

  • The tide widget instantly shows whether the sea is currently rising or falling, and when the next high tide will occur — ideal for anyone living near the coast or planning activities on the water.

  • The UV index widget tells you how strong the afternoon sun will be and when you may want to apply sunscreen or avoid peak sunlight hours.

  • The temperature graph gives a quick overview of upcoming warming or cooling and helps you plan your day.

  • The wind graph shows when the wind will strengthen, how strong gusts will be, and from which direction it will blow — useful for athletes, boaters, and anyone who relies on precise wind information.

You can also place multiple widgets on your home screen and create your own quick panel with the variables that matter most to you. Without even opening the app, you immediately see the current situation as well as the trend ahead.

Graph widgets expand the already rich set of widgets offered by Ventusky — from radar and camera widgets to classic tabular weather widgets. With this update, you now have an even faster, clearer, and more informative way to follow the weather directly from your home screen.
