Is it available just from radar page or from precipitation page?

For WORAD, it is available only as a radar layer. For USRAD (USA), EURAD (Europe), and EARAD (part of Asia), it is also available as a precipitation layer, but always only for the current time.

I don't know nothing about meteorology but old age and Ventusky has taught me a lot.
