Thank you for reaching out. The most common reason for this issue is not being signed into your account. Please ensure that you are signed into your Google or Apple account on the device where you purchased the subscription.

You may also try closing and reopening the app or reinstalling it.
If the issue persists, please send us the details of when the subscription last worked, along with a copy of your receipt, to [email protected].
