How to Solve Subscription Issues

You can purchase subscriptions through our apps or on our website. On Android devices, subscriptions are available via Google Play, on Apple devices through the App Store, and on our website via Paddle. Subscription details are listed in your Google Play, App Store, or Paddle account, and payments are handled by the respective company.

To access your subscription information, navigate to the Google Play or App Store applications, or to Paddle (a direct link can be found on the Premium overview page).

If you purchase a subscription on the website, through Google Play, or via the App Store, you can use it seamlessly across all platforms — web, Android, and iOS. Troubleshooting Subscription Problems
If your subscription does not activate, try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it entirely. If your subscription stops working, ensure you are logged into the Google or Apple account you used for the purchase. If you change accounts, remember that subscriptions cannot be transferred to a different account.

Cancellation of Subscription
