I paid for 1 year of premium. It went through Apple and shows active in my apple subscription, but when I log in it’s not there. Now there’s NO WAY to contact anyone that works for Ventusky besides writing in this bogus forum. Will be reporting this as fraud especially since no one is actually going to fix it.
