How to restore my premium subscription on web app and ios ?

I have a premium subscription using my google app store, however, I can't switch this premium subscription on the web app and ios as I switched my phone from android to ios.

At the moment, it's not possible to transfer subscriptions between devices. However, we have great news: an update is coming in a few weeks that will enable this feature!
