How to save my favorite points permanently?

How to use Ventusky

Hello and greetings
I am a meteorologist and every time I log into my user account and enter points as favorite points to be saved for the next time, but unfortunately, by exiting Windows and re-entering your site address in the browser and Word, the points are added to my user account. My preferences are not saved and I have to enter them again. It's a simple thing on most weather sites that save the user's favorite points. Do you have a solution for this?

Hello and thanks for bringing it up!
Let's look at this issue in detail.
1. Website. The website saves last 5 searched locations, regardless of user login, browser or system restart. If they disappear, they shouldn't. Do you perhaps use anonymous browser window? Do you have cookies on?
2. Mobile app. The doesn't have the 5 locations limit and tapping the search icon brings up the list. It can be edited, rearranged, allows display of brief forecast for multiple locations, and allows location-based notifications. Website doesn't have that functionality at the moment.

Hello
Yes, you are right about the mobile software, and yes, you are right about Windows. Thank you for your advice. I checked and it seems that Maxthon browser in Windows was set to automatically clear history on exit, so I unchecked it and it was fixed. But at the same time, your site, like Windy (which I am not a fan of, but I am a fan of your site) or other sites, does not keep a list of favorite points in the user profile menu with their features. It is better to improve it and increase the number of points to at least ten or 15 points and be creative on other options for premium mode. Thank you again for your advice and quick response.
Sincerely and respectfully

We're definitely very happy about any features suggestions, and improving the functionality of saved locations on website actually does make sense, so indeed, thank you for the input! :)
