How many times did you try entering your login credentials? Doesn’t it work even on the second attempt when you try again right after first attempt?
I've been trying for months now. I've tried every possible method, but it doesn't work. I get the message "The request is invalid." The same message appears if I try to log in via Google or Facebook. I tried deleting the app from my phone and re-downloading it, but it didn't work either. However, I mostly use your app on my phone, so it would be great if you could solve this problem.

That’s strange. We’re not aware of any such issue. Sometimes it may fail, but retrying should help. Do you have any firewall that could be blocking it?

Even on the second attempt it still doesn’t work for you? Are you sure the password is correct?
Same issue here. I subscribed on the website through Paddle not in the App Store. Can log in on my iPad but I am getting the invalid request as others above logging in on iPhone. Have tried resetting password with no success. Running the latest iOS 26 on both devices.

Are you using direct sign-in or a third-party service? Does it still not work even after signing in again? Do you have a stable internet connection?
I have a direct sign-in with my personal email - not Apple or Google. I have tried on my home WiFi and on the phones 4G with the same issue. I have just tried again now and it is still occurring.

Also, are both of your devices on the same network, or for example, iPad on WiFi and iPhone on 5/4G (or similar)?
Have you tried login on the web from iPhone (not via app, but directly from browser)?

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. I can log in on my phone from the browser/website with no problem. Both devices are on the same WiFi network but only my phone has a 4/5G capability. I can also log in with no issues via a browser on my MacBook Air. The only issue that I have is trying to log in from the app on my iPhone - which is an iPhone 14 running 26.2. I’m in the UK.

finally, the problem with logging in to vetusky on my phone has somehow been solved, however, even though I have a Premium subscription, I do not have Premium features available on my phone and I keep getting a request to purchase the Premium package

I purchased my subscription using the web page and the receipt came from Paddle.

You don't have a premium linked to your account. Have you purchased the premium with the same account that is linked to your profile?
Also, on Android, if you have multiple Google accounts, logout form them and login with the one under which you have purchased the premium.
