Thank you, what do you mean by that? It’s enough to sign in on your phone to your account where you have Premium.

I have a similar issue.
I can login through web just fine, but no matter what I try, I'm unable to login in the Android app.
It says "Username or password is incorrect", but again - it works fine on the web with the same credentials.

I can't use Premium in the app because of that.:(

Make sure that you are entering the correct password and username. You can also link your account on the desktop to sign in via Google or Facebook (see https://my.ventusky.com/profile/external), and then use those services to log in on your phone.

I figured it out... I was using the right password, but it turns out your application does not support the same password length as on web. My password through a password manager was at 32 characters and it worked fine in the browser, but the app would just fail without saying why. After decreasing to 12 it worked fine.

What's the character limit in the app? And could you please improve it or at least inform about the limitation?
