Premium payment stopped working

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I paid for the premium subscription, which states that it is renewed annually, but it stopped working and doesn't display the premium features. The app suggests I pay again, but my subscription is currently active. What can I do?

If your subscription is not activate, try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it entirely. If your subscription stops working, ensure you are logged on your device into the Google or Apple account used for the purchase. If you change accounts, remember that subscriptions cannot be transferred to a different account.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue. I just paid my renewal for the iOS app and the premium features stopped working not long after. It won’t let me restore premium and it also won’t let me pay as it recognises the existing subscription. There is a bug with the yearly renewals.

I have only ever used the same Apple account
