Premium Subscription is not working

Premium

Ventusky has always worked great for me and I decided to reward your company with a subscription. But now the long range forecast is no longer available and I am repeatedly prompted to become a subscriber. So far, I'm not happy that I spent the money.

I'm having the same issue. It says I have premium, I have paid for premium, but I cannot access the extended forecast.

I have five days worth of forecast, and just the basic features. Also I'm repeatedly having to log back in. And it keeps prompting me to get an upgrade, even when I am logged in.

After the last upgrade few days ago, I lost Premium features in the Android app and Widget. It was working as expected for months. Premium paid / renewed in April.

I also purchased a subscription today and can't seem to login successfully to the android app. I can login in fine on the website but not the apps.

Try reinstalling the app, please. What exactly does the app show you? Do you log in but Premium doesn’t load for you?

I tried that and get the same error. It says invalid username / password. I get the same error on both my phone and tablet. But I can log into the website just fine.

EDIT: I forced a password reset and then I was able to login to the apps successfully.

Hello, I am trying to purchase premium but not able to o so, due that page when I push the button for premium said that page is transferred or not able. please send me a link in order for me to start using the page as premium.
