You still should have the basic Premium active. Do you have locked the premium layers in the app?
I’ve made the payment for the premium subscription and it did not work. I’ve received the invoice and I’ve already sent you an email.

I'm a premium subscriber with a current and active annually renewing membership. I'm signed into my account through the Gmail account login, which is the same account used to purchase the premium subscription within Google Play. Ventuskyshows thatI'm logged in with thatsame email. Currently when I select to see the humidity layer on Ventusky, it takes me to a page that offers to sell me a premium membership, but never gives a way to validate that I am already a premium member & no way to see the premium humidity layer on the map.
Please help.

I've now triedthefollowing onhopes that the appwill see that I'm a premium subscriber:
I logged out, then went through the new account registration = same result of premium not showing
I selected 'change email' and entered again the same email (the one used on Google Play to orchard the premium) = same result of premium not showing
I'm at a loss as to get this fixed. I really love this app and would love to support with renewal that is scheduled for 3/8/2026.
Wondering if support exists to fix the missing premium membership?
Should I cancel the renewal, so that the new membership will show up? Can I even know that this would work?
Please help.
I have an old phone, I can’t update the application because the minimum requirements are iOS 13, but I have 12, so the application I installed does not have a section for myVentussky account. Is it possible to enable premium for my browser profile?

You can have Premium, but you need to purchase it and use it on that specific phone. It cannot be transferred via a myVentusky account. The old version does not support this.

It is not enough to simply sign in with your email. You must sign in with this email directly in the app where the subscription was purchased so that it is linked to your account — see the help guide: https://my.ventusky.com/guide/howto/how-to-share-y...
