1. Add observations from weather stations being displayed on the map (as an option that is disabled by default, but can be enabled). Current observations are quality-checked and already appear on the forecast pages. They should also appear on the archive.
2. Add ability to move the map with arrow keys on the computer.
3. Add ability to give saved places custom names to the website.
