The time in this post is shown as 06:06, which was the time in UTC when I wrote that post, but the local time was 09:06 at the time of writing, and we use UTC+3 time zone in this part of the year. It should be changed to show the time in the UTC+3 time zone. The times should not change when DST starts or ends, so that this post's time will not change to 08:06 when we end DST again in late October. The time in UTC+2 when this post was written was 08:06, but we do not use UTC+2 at the time of the year when this post was written, so it should not change to UTC+2 when use it.
