How to Solve Login Issues
If you are unable to log in, first ensure that you actually have an account on Ventusky. Please note that having a subscription purchased through platforms like Google Play or Apple Store does not automatically create an account directly on Ventusky. Login credentials from Google Play or other services cannot be used directly to log in to our platform. However, you can use the Sign in with Google button or similar options provided. If you choose this method for the fist time, a new account on Ventusky will be created, and you will need to continue using third-party login services in the future (unless you set a password in your account). Please note that you cannot manually enter your Google or Apple login credentials into the login fields on our website.

Forgot password
Another common issue might be that you have an account with us but have forgotten your password. In this case, you can request a password reset via email. If you do not receive the email within three hours, check your SPAM folder or contact your email provider to ensure the email was not automatically deleted or rejected by your mail server. You can also try logging in using third-party services such as Google or Apple. If you previously linked your Ventusky account with one of these services or registration email is the same as the one you are using in the external service, you be able to access it that way. After logging in, you can set a new password.
Forgot email
If you have forgotten which email you registered with us, try checking your email accounts for the registration email we sent. When you sign up, we always send a confirmation email about account creation. You can also try logging in using third-party services such as Google or Apple. If you previously linked your Ventusky account with one of these services or registration email is the same as the one you are using in the external service, you be able to access it that way. If these steps do not help, you will need to create a new account. Please note that our support team cannot find your account using any other data.

Keep in mind that you don’t necessarily need to be logged into your Ventusky account to use a subscription in the iOS or Android app. If you purchased the subscription through Google Play or the Apple Store, you only need to be logged into those respective stores on your device. Logging into your Ventusky account within the app is not required. The login is mainly useful for sharing the subscription on other devices where you might not be logged into your Google or Apple account. For more information about this, see the article.
