Ventusky What happened to the ECMWF maps between January 2021 and November 2025? These were previously accessible. Good that the ECMWF model now has snow depth, and the snow map seems more detailed than ICON map. It would be nice to add all ECMWF ERA5 reanalysis parameters up to 1950 to this site.
Elias Savolainen They are available only in the lower-resolution ECMWF model, which we have discontinued. Therefore, they are no longer available. In the future, we may add them from the ERA reanalysis.
That is great. Thank you. In other apps, the data is often only available every three hours and with reduced resolution. Here, it’s now beautifully shown hour by hour.
Lubor Skrehota At least, the hourly steps are in the early part of the forecast period, like 4 days, then back to 3-hourly steps after that. I like the hourly steps; this is a trend I have seen on other websites and I think the GFS was one of the first ones to go hourly steps to 120 hours or 5 days out.
